ArbVantage referral terms (affiliate programme) · Version 2026-10-21c Enkova s. r. o., Lehotská 370/22, 972 71 Nováky, Slovakia · IČO 57610657 · support@arbvantage.net Source: https://arbvantage.net/affiliate-terms Frozen copy from the ArbVantage legal archive (https://arbvantage.net/legal-archive/). It is never changed after publication. ======================================================================== # Referral terms Last updated: 21 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-21c · Deutsche Fassung The short version. Share your link. For every customer who signs up through it, you earn €25 for every payment they make, every month for as long as they keep paying, and €30 per payment once you have more than 10 paying customers. Partial payments earn a proportional share, and refunds reverse it in proportion. You see referred customers only in pseudonymised form (a masked email address, their status and sign-up month); keep that confidential and never use it to identify or contact them. A customer counts for you when they sign up with your code (from your link, or typed into the "Partner code" field at sign-up); once a customer has signed up, the attribution is permanent. Each commission is held until the payment can no longer be disputed: 120 days, or earlier once the same customer has paid a later invoice, but never before 30 days. Then you can withdraw it to your bank account through Stripe, with no minimum; in your first 90 days, payouts are limited to €500 in total. The programme is open to residents of the EU/EEA, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the USA (payouts to US bank accounts are not available yet). You are independent and responsible for your own taxes. Use only approved claims, never promise income or profit, never target minors, always mark your posts as advertising, and don't spam, force clicks, bid on our brand or refer yourself. These points don't replace the full terms below. Only real, paid payments earn commission. You earn only on subscription payments that your invited friend has actually and successfully paid. Free trials, free periods, €0 invoices and failed payments earn nothing. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed, also when it was already credited. Inviting yourself or your own other accounts earns nothing. ## 1. Who we are and what these terms cover The ArbVantage referral programme ("Invite friends", the "programme") is run by Enkova s. r. o., Lehotská 370/22, 972 71 Nováky, Slovak Republic, IČO 57610657, DIČ 2122847859, VAT ID (IČ DPH) SK2122847859, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trenčín, section Sro, insert no. 57998/R ("we", "us"). Contact: support@arbvantage.net. These terms govern your participation as an affiliate ("you"). Your use of ArbVantage itself stays governed by our terms of service. Where these terms say "customer", they mean a person who signs up for ArbVantage through your link. ## 2. Joining the programme and countries - Anyone with a verified ArbVantage account who is at least 18 years old and lives in a programme country (for a business: is registered there) can join, from the Invite friends page in the app. You don't need a paid subscription. - Programme countries (32): the 27 EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Outside the USA, these are the countries in which we can pay you through Stripe (section 7). USA: you can join and earn commissions, but payouts to US bank accounts are not available yet; your balance is kept until they are. Where you may advertise is set out in section 9. - You get your personal invite link as soon as you have a verified account, on the Invite friends page in the app. There is nothing to apply for and no review: your link counts clicks and sign-ups from the start. You can tell us where you will promote ArbVantage (channels and web addresses) and which countries you will target. You accept these terms on the Invite friends page, at the latest before your first payout; commissions on payments made before that are credited under these terms. Stripe verification is needed only to withdraw money: when you want to be paid, you choose the country where you are registered for tax (it can't be changed later) and verify your identity and bank account with Stripe in the form on the Invite friends page (section 7). The rules on what doesn't count (section 4), payout checks (section 7) and our rights in case of a breach (section 12) still apply. - Keep your channels and target countries up to date on the Invite friends page. If you move to a country that isn't a programme country, tell us; commissions you have already earned stay yours (section 7 applies to their payout). - You take part as an independent contractor. You are not our employee, agent or partner, you can't make promises or sign anything on our behalf, and you decide yourself how, when and where you promote us within these rules. - One affiliate account per person or business. ## 3. Your link and your code - You get a personal link (arbvantage.net/?ref=YOURCODE, also arbvantage.net/r/YOURCODE) and a QR code. Codes are 6 to 12 letters or digits. Codes that use our brand (for example "ARBVANTAGE"), staff words (such as "ADMIN", "SUPPORT", "OFFICIAL") or that could mislead are not allowed. - You can change your code until it has its first click or sign-up. After that it stays, so links you've shared keep working. - If you had an invite code from our earlier referral programme, it became your affiliate code. It keeps working, but you earn commission only once you accept these terms. ## 4. Which customers count for you (attribution) We use these rules for every affiliate in the same way. They are designed to be predictable and fair to affiliates and customers alike. - Click. When a person opens your link (by clicking it, typing it or using a bookmark), your code travels in the address of our pages and of our sign-up links, and the sign-up form shows it in a visible, optional "Partner code" field. We store nothing on the visitor's device for this. We record the click on our server (details in section 10). Only a real visit counts: loading your link in a hidden frame, as an image or by a script is not counted. - The code at sign-up counts. The account is linked to the affiliate whose code is in the "Partner code" field when the account is created, whether it came from a link or was typed in. If a person opens several affiliates' links, the code in the field at sign-up decides; the person can change or clear it. - Clicks are logged for checks. We count clicks for your statistics and use them, with the sign-up, to detect fraud; a click on its own, without the code at sign-up, doesn't attribute a customer. - Permanent. Once an account is linked to you, that never changes: later clicks on other links, coupons or claims by other affiliates don't move a customer. A customer who signs up without a partner code doesn't count for anyone, and we don't assign customers manually afterwards, except to correct a technical error that we can verify in our own records. - What doesn't count. Your own account or other accounts of yours; people returning with an email address of a deleted account; accounts that are suspended for abuse; and sign-ups after your affiliate account was suspended or closed, or before you were approved. Accounts that share a device or payment card with your account don't count. If an account shares a network (IP address) or browser fingerprint with yours, a person on our team checks it before deciding; we show the result and the reason on your Invite friends page. If an account turns out to share a device or payment card with yours at its first payment, it stops counting from then on. - Bots and previews. Clicks by search engines, link previews (for example messenger apps) and automated tools are not counted. Repeated clicks by the same visitor within 30 minutes count once. - Our records decide. If two affiliates claim the same customer, our click and sign-up records decide, applying these rules. Attribution can fail for reasons outside our control (for example a link opened without the code, or a code removed from the sign-up form); we don't owe commission for customers who signed up without your code. ## 5. Commission - Standard: €25 per paid payment. For every payment a customer attributed to you makes for ArbVantage, you earn a fixed €25, recurring: for every monthly payment, for as long as the account keeps paying, including after a cancellation and a later re-subscription on the same account. - Tier 2: €30 per payment once you have more than 10 (that is, 11 or more) currently paying referred customers. We count your paying customers at the moment each payment is recorded; that payment earns the rate of the tier you are in at that moment. If the number later drops to 10 or fewer, new payments earn €25 again. - Custom rates only by an individual written agreement with us (an email from us is enough): either a fixed amount in euro or a percentage of the net payment. Without such an agreement, the standard rate and tier 2 apply. - Cap. No commission is ever more than 90% of the payment net of VAT, and never more than the net payment itself; this applies to fixed amounts too. - Full and partial payments. The net payment is the amount actually paid, without VAT or other taxes, after discounts and credits. You earn the fixed amount in full when the customer paid the full plan price (€97; that is, a net payment at least equal to the plan's normal net price at the same VAT rate). If the customer paid less (for example because of a discount or credit), the fixed amount is reduced in proportion: amount paid ÷ full price. Example: a customer pays €97.00 including 20% VAT (€80.83 net), so you earn €25.00; if a discount means they pay only half, you earn €12.50. - Real, paid payments only. Commission is earned only on subscription payments that the invited customer has actually and successfully paid. Free trials, free periods, invoices of €0 and failed or unpaid payments earn nothing. Refunded and charged-back payments earn nothing either: commission already credited on them is reversed (section 6). Your own account and your own other accounts never earn commission (section 4). Commission starts with the customer's first real payment, and each payment earns commission once. - Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission in the same proportion as the refunded share of that payment (section 6). - Never retroactive. A change of tier, of your rate or of these terms applies only to payments recorded after the change. Each commission keeps the rule it was calculated with. - Currency. Commissions are calculated and recorded in euro, rounded to the cent, whatever currency your bank account uses (section 7). If a customer ever pays in another currency, the commission is the same share of what they paid as the fixed amount is of the plan price (at the standard rate, 25/97 of the payment), converted to euro. ## 6. Holding period, refunds and chargebacks - Each commission is first pending, because the customer can still withdraw from the contract, get a refund or dispute the card payment. It becomes available: - 120 days after the payment; or - earlier, as soon as the same customer has paid a later invoice (one that earned a commission and wasn't reversed), but never earlier than 30 days after the payment. Example: a customer pays on 1 March and again on 1 April. The March commission becomes available on 1 April. The customer's last payment before they cancel waits the full 120 days. The app shows when each commission becomes available at the latest. - Clawback. If a payment is refunded in full or in part (also after a withdrawal from the contract) or charged back, the commission on it is reversed in the same proportion. If the commission is still pending or available, it is reduced. If it was already paid out, the reversed amount is shown as a negative balance and is offset against your next commissions. If we win a chargeback dispute, the reversed amount is credited back. - We don't ask you to pay back amounts reversed because of ordinary customer refunds; they are only offset. Commissions paid for activity that breaks these terms are different: see section 12. ## 7. Payouts - We pay through Stripe Connect. To receive payouts you open a Stripe account in your programme country directly on the Invite friends page, in forms provided by Stripe; you manage your bank details, identity and payouts there too. Stripe collects and checks your identity, bank account and tax details (KYC) under its own Connected Account Agreement, which applies between you and Stripe. We don't see your full bank details. - You can withdraw your available balance at any time. There is no minimum amount; the balance just has to be above €0. We may limit withdrawals to a few per day. - A withdrawal transfers the balance in euro to your Stripe account; Stripe then pays it to your bank on your account's payout schedule, usually within a few business days. We pay Stripe's transfer and payout fees. - Currency. Stripe pays out in the currency of your bank account: US dollars for affiliates in the USA, pounds sterling in the United Kingdom, Swiss francs in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Norwegian kroner in Norway, and euro in the EU. Where your bank account isn't in euro, Stripe converts the amount at its own exchange rate when it pays out. The cost of that conversion, and any fees of your own bank, are yours. - If Stripe can't verify you or can't pay you (for example because of sanctions or a country Stripe doesn't support), we keep your balance until payment becomes possible. Until payouts are available in your country or at all, commissions keep being recorded. - USA: payouts to US bank accounts are not available yet. You can join and earn commissions; your balance is kept until US payouts are available. - For every payout we issue a statement (see section 8). ### Payout checks - We may hold a payout while we review it if there are signs of fraud, of a self-referral, of a customer who shares a payment card, device or network (IP address) with your own account, of patterns typical of stolen cards, or if your balance contains a manual adjustment made in the previous 14 days. - Some of these signs are flagged automatically, but a person on our team always reviews them; a payout is never refused automatically. We tell you in the app when a payout is being checked and contact you if we need anything from you. A check usually takes 1 to 3 working days. If the hold turns out to be unjustified, we release it straight away and the full amount stays yours. If we find a breach of these terms, section 12 applies. ### Limit for new affiliates - During the first 90 days after you are approved, your payouts can't exceed €500 in total (all payouts in that period together, not per payout). Anything above that stays in your available balance and can be withdrawn after the 90 days. Within the limit, a payout takes the oldest available commissions that fit; negative amounts carried from reversals are always included. ## 8. Taxes, VAT and statements - You are responsible for declaring your commissions and for any income tax, social security contributions and trade registration that apply to you where you live. - Commissions are shown and paid without VAT. Our VAT ID is SK2122847859. - VAT-registered business in another EU country: your service to us is taxed in Slovakia, and we account for the VAT under the reverse-charge rule (Articles 44 and 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC). Add your VAT ID on the Invite friends page so it appears on your statements; don't charge us VAT. - VAT-registered in Slovakia: contact us before your first payout, as different rules apply to a domestic supply. - Business outside the EU (Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA): your service to us is taxed in Slovakia, where we account for any VAT due; don't charge us EU VAT. - Individuals and businesses without a VAT ID receive a commission statement (credit note) that is not a VAT invoice. - Self-billing. You agree that we issue a statement (self-billing credit note, Gutschrift) for each payout in your name instead of you invoicing us. It shows both parties, our VAT ID, the commissions, the total and the VAT note that applies to you, based on the details you entered; keep them correct. You can object at any time with effect for future payouts; you then send us your own invoice for each payout. - USA: during onboarding Stripe may ask you for a US tax form (W-9 or W-8). Your US tax obligations are yours. ## 9. Marketing rules You may promote ArbVantage in any lawful channel, as long as you follow these rules and the law that applies to you and to the people you address; please keep the channels you use up to date on the Invite friends page. When in doubt, ask us first. ### Where you may advertise - Only address people in the programme countries (section 2). Don't direct advertising at any other country. - Poland: until we confirm in writing that it is allowed, don't direct advertising at people in Poland (for example Polish-language content, or ads or posts aimed at Poland). Residents of Poland can still take part and be paid. - USA: only address people in states where online sports betting is legal, and follow each state's advertising rules. - Follow the rules on gambling and betting advertising where you live and in every country you target, including Germany's Interstate Treaty on Gambling (GlüStV, § 5), the rules of the Austrian states and, in Spain, Royal Decree 958/2020. Don't mention or advertise bookmakers that aren't licensed in the country you address. - We may exclude further countries or regions for the future, for example after a change in the law, by telling you by email and in the app. ### Approved claims only - Before you publish, use only the claims and materials in our affiliate kit (available on request from support@arbvantage.net), or send us any new claim and wait for our written approval (an email is enough). - Describe ArbVantage truthfully: software that finds price differences between bookmakers and works out stakes. Information, not advice. - Remove or correct content within 48 hours of our request. ### Claims you must never make - No income or earnings figures: no amounts per day, week or month, no "I make €X", no screenshots of winnings, balances or payouts, and no testimonials with figures. - No "guaranteed", "risk-free" or "sure" profit, "safe money", "can't lose" or similar. - Never claim that ArbVantage raises the chances of winning at betting (this is prohibited per se in the EU, Annex I no. 16 of Directive 2005/29/EC, for example in Germany under no. 16 of the Annex to § 3(3) UWG and in Austria under no. 16 of the Annex to the UWG). - No "passive income", "quit your job" or other promises of a living or of financial independence. - Never present betting as a solution to money problems or a way out of debt. - Don't promise discounts, bonuses or features that don't exist. ### Audience - Adults only. Don't address people under 18, and don't place content where most of the audience is under 18. - Don't target people with gambling problems or who are self-excluded, and never use their vulnerability. ### Transparency - Mark your content as advertising and your link as an affiliate link, clearly and at first glance, next to the link, for example "#ad · affiliate link" or "Advertising" in English and "Werbung" or "Anzeige" in German (for example § 5a(4) UWG, § 6 ECG and § 26 MedienG in Austria, and the platforms' own rules for paid partnerships). - Don't pretend to be us, our support or an independent customer. No domain names, social media accounts or app names that contain "ArbVantage" or a confusingly similar name. ### Friends, family and other people's accounts - You may recommend ArbVantage to friends and family, so that they open their own ArbVantage account and bet with their own bookmaker accounts. People who share your device, payment card or network (for example members of your household) don't count for you (section 4). - Never encourage anyone to bet through another person's account, never offer to place bets for others or to manage their accounts, and never buy, rent or borrow bookmaker accounts. ### Prohibited methods - No spam: no email, SMS, messenger or social media messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them, and no bulk posting in groups or comments. - No forced or automated clicks: no cookie stuffing, hidden frames or iframes, pop-ups or pop-unders, automatic redirects, browser extensions, adware, bots or scripts that open your link or fill in your code without a real, intentional click by a person. Commissions from such clicks are void. - No brand bidding: don't bid on "ArbVantage", misspellings of it or combinations with it in search engine ads, and don't use our brand in ad text or display URLs. - No fake reviews or ratings, no fake comparison results and no fake accounts. - No self-referrals: don't sign yourself or your other accounts up through your link, and don't open accounts for other people. - No incentivised sign-ups: don't pay, reward or share your commission with people for signing up (cashback, bonuses, giveaways tied to sign-ups), and don't list us on coupon or cashback sites. - No content that is illegal, discriminatory, hateful, violent, sexual or otherwise harmful, and nothing that infringes other people's rights. ### Our brand You may use the name ArbVantage and the materials we provide to promote us under these terms, without changing them. All rights stay with us; this permission ends with the agreement. ## 10. Data protection - You and we are each responsible for our own processing of personal data. We process your account and affiliate details (code, channels and target countries, payout state, name, address and VAT ID for statements, payout records) to run the agreement and to meet our accounting and tax duties (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Stripe processes the identity and bank details it collects as its own controller. - No cookie. Affiliate links don't store anything on the visitor's device. The code travels in the page address and the sign-up form (section 4). The av_aff cookie used until 21 October 2026 is no longer set. - For your statistics and fraud prevention we record each counted click on our server with as little data as possible: the code, the time, a random click ID, a keyed hash of the IP address (never the address itself), a rough device type (mobile, tablet, desktop) and the landing page path. - You only see aggregated data (clicks, sign-ups, paying customers, revenue and commissions) and the limited, pseudonymised details about each referred customer described in section 11. We show you those details on the basis of our legitimate interest in calculating and evidencing your commissions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). - We keep payout and commission records for as long as accounting law requires (10 years in Slovakia). More in our privacy policy. ## 11. What you see about referred customers - For each customer attributed to you, the app shows only: a pseudonymised identifier (a masked email address such as j•••••@gmail.com; for email domains that aren't public mail services the domain is masked too, for example j•••••@•••.at), the subscription status (trial, paying or cancelled), the month they joined and the commission you earned from them. - You never see a customer's full email address, name, payment details or how they use ArbVantage. - A customer may ask to be hidden from your list (their right to object under Art. 21 GDPR). You then see them only as "1 hidden customer", without any identifier, status or sign-up month. Their payments still count, and you still see the commission amount, without any identifier. - Your duties: keep this information confidential; don't try to re-identify referred customers (for example by combining it with other data); don't contact referred customers using data you obtained from us; and never refer yourself (sections 4 and 9). - If you break these duties, we may end the agreement (section 13). Commissions from a customer you contacted or re-identified in breach of these duties are withheld under section 12; all other commissions stay yours. ## 12. Withholding, reversal and suspension - If you break these terms, we may, in proportion to the breach: withhold commissions connected with the breach, including commissions from customers who came through content that breaks section 9; reverse them and ask you to repay commissions already paid out for that activity, or offset them against other commissions; suspend your affiliate account (new sign-ups don't count and withdrawals pause while it is suspended); or end the agreement (section 13). - Clicks and sign-ups obtained by forced or automated clicks (section 9) are void from the start and earn no commission. - We tell you which rule we believe you broke and give you 14 days to respond, unless the breach is serious (for example fraud, forced clicks or cookie stuffing, spam, targeting minors, or content we asked you to remove that is still online after 48 hours) or the law requires us to act at once. Commissions that aren't connected with a breach stay yours. - Holding a payout while we review it is covered in section 7 ("Payout checks"). ## 13. Term and ending the agreement - The agreement runs for an indefinite period. You can end it at any time by email to support@arbvantage.net. We can end it with 30 days' notice by email, and immediately for good cause, in particular a serious or repeated breach of section 9. - Commissions on payments made before the end date remain yours (unless connected with a breach) and become payable after their holding period. Payments made after the end date earn no commission. - Deleting your ArbVantage account ends the agreement and stops your link from working. Withdraw your available balance first; if a balance is left, email us and we pay it once payout is possible. ## 14. Changes to these terms - We may change these terms or the commission rate for the future, with at least 30 days' notice by email and in the app. Changes never affect commissions on payments made before they take effect. - A change of tier, of your individual rate or of these terms applies only to payments recorded after the change; each commission keeps the rule it was calculated with (section 5). - Version 2026-10-21c ("Invite friends") gives every user an invite link straight away, asks for Stripe verification only when you want to withdraw money (section 2), and states expressly that only real, paid payments earn commission (section 5). It changes nothing to your disadvantage; the commission amounts are unchanged. - Version 2026-10-21b replaces the earlier percentage commission with the fixed amounts in section 5 and adds section 11. Commissions recorded before it keep the rule they were calculated with. Transition for existing partners: if you accepted a version before 2026-10-21b, payments of your referred customers keep earning the previous rate (50% of the net payment, capped as in section 5) until the end of the 30-day notice period, which runs for 30 days from the day we send you the notice email. From then on, the fixed amounts in section 5 apply. Accepting the new version in the app is only needed to keep earning on new payments after that date; your earned balance stays withdrawable either way. - If you don't agree, you can end the agreement before the change takes effect. Commissions you have already earned stay yours and you can withdraw them whether or not you accept the new version. - We may change them with shorter notice where the law or a court or authority requires it, or to close an abuse; we then tell you as soon as possible. ## 15. Liability - We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, for fraud, for guarantees we have given and under product liability law. - For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations (obligations that make the agreement possible and that you may rely on, such as paying commissions that are due), and only up to the damage typically foreseeable when the agreement was made. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded. - We are not responsible for attribution or tracking failures caused by things outside our control, such as links opened without the code, browsers, ad blockers or outages of third parties, or for Stripe's decisions about your Stripe account. - You are responsible for your own marketing. If a third party or an authority makes a claim against us because of your breach of these terms or of the law, you indemnify us against it, including reasonable legal costs, unless you are not at fault. ## 16. Law, courts and general provisions - These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you take part as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually live (Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation). - For affiliates acting as businesses, the courts of the Slovak Republic have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the rules in our terms of service apply. - If a provision is invalid, the rest stays valid. We may transfer the agreement to a company that takes over ArbVantage; we tell you in advance and you may end the agreement. - These terms exist in English, German, Spanish and Slovak. All versions are binding and have the same content. If they differ and you take part as a consumer, the meaning more favourable to you applies; if you take part as a business, the English version prevails.
