ArbVantage is software and information. We find price differences between bookmakers and do the stake maths; we never take bets, hold your money or bet for you. Nothing we show is financial, investment or betting advice, and no result is guaranteed: odds move, bookmakers void bets and limit accounts, and value bets lose often. You decide every bet and bet at your own risk. The plan costs €197 a month after a 14-day free trial that needs a card; you can cancel online at any time. You must be 18 or older. These short points don't replace the full terms below. ## 1. Who we are ArbVantage (the "service"), at arbvantage.net and dash.arbvantage.net, is operated by Enkova s. r. o., a limited liability company under Slovak law, registered office Lehotská 370/22, 972 71 Nováky, Slovak Republic, company ID (IČO) 57610657, tax ID (DIČ) 2122847859, VAT ID (IČ DPH) SK2122847859, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trenčín, Section Sro, Insert No. 57998/R ("we", "us", "our"). Email: support@arbvantage.net. Full company details are in our imprint. These terms apply to every contract between you and us about the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data, and our risk and no-advice disclaimer sets out the risks in more detail. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract. ## 2. What ArbVantage is, and what it is not ArbVantage is an information and software service. We collect odds published by bookmakers and betting exchanges, calculate where prices differ (sure bets or "arbitrage", value bets and middles), suggest stakes, and give you tools to log your own bets and keep a record of the bookmaker balances you enter yourself. - We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, betting intermediary or gambling operator. We don't offer, arrange, accept or transmit bets, we don't hold or move your money, and we never log in to your bookmaker accounts or place bets for you. Every bet you place is a contract between you and that bookmaker, on its terms. - We are not an investment firm or financial adviser, and the service is not a financial instrument, an investment or a way to earn a guaranteed income. - Balances in the service are only a record of what you enter and log. They are not an account with us, and they may differ from the real balance at your bookmaker. - We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any bookmaker or exchange named in the service. We are not paid by bookmakers for showing them. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to say where a price comes from. ## 3. Who can use ArbVantage - You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for betting. When you sign up, you confirm that you are. - You must not use the service if betting is illegal for you where you are, if you have excluded yourself from gambling (for example through OASIS in Germany or with your bookmakers), or if a court or authority has barred you from gambling. If you have self-excluded, please tell us and we will close your account (see our responsible gambling page). - The service is offered mainly to people in the European Union. We don't offer it where the law forbids it. - You may use the service as a consumer (for private purposes) or as a business. Some rules below apply only to consumers or only to businesses; where that is the case, we say so. ## 4. Your account - One account per person. Accounts are personal. You must not open more than one account or an account for someone else. If our checks suggest that two accounts belong to the same person, a person on our team reviews the match before we take any action (section 18). - Give us accurate information, including an email address you control, and keep it up to date. - Keep your password safe and don't share your login. Tell us straight away at support@arbvantage.net if you think someone else has used your account. - You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account also ends any subscription immediately; see section 10 for what happens to payments. ## 5. How the contract is made - You create an account with your email address and a password, confirm that you are 18 or older and accept these terms. This creates a free account, with no payment obligation. - You choose a plan. Before you order, we show you the price, what the free trial includes (if you are eligible), when the first payment is taken and how to cancel. - You press the button "Order with obligation to pay" on our order page. This places your binding order and makes the paid subscription contract (including any free trial at its start). - Our payment provider, Stripe, then asks for your card on its secure checkout page; this step only stores your payment method. If you don't complete it, we treat the order as withdrawn and nothing is charged. - We then send you a confirmation by email with these terms, the withdrawal information and the model withdrawal form, so you have them on a durable medium. You can correct input errors at any step before pressing the order button, using your browser's back button or the edit links. These terms and the contract are available in English, German, Spanish and Slovak (section 22). We store the contract text; you can always read the current version on this page and the version that applied to you in your confirmation email. ## 6. Free trial - New customers may get a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial. - Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically on day 15 and we charge €197 for the first month (or the price shown at checkout, if different). We remind you by email about three days before the trial ends. You can cancel the trial online at any time, in two clicks, and you won't be charged. - During the trial some opportunities are limited: currently sure bets up to 2.5%, value bets up to 5% edge and middles up to 3% expected value are shown, and larger ones stay locked until your paid plan starts. The current limits are shown on our homepage (pricing section) and on the subscribe page. - One trial per person. You are not eligible for another trial if you, or someone using the same device or payment card, has already had one. To check this, we use the signals described in our privacy policy, on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These checks don't rely on your consent, and accepting these terms is not consent to them. - If we can't offer you a trial, we tell you before you order, and you decide whether to subscribe without one. We never start a paid subscription or take a payment because of a fraud check. We don't block or suspend accounts automatically: if our checks suggest that a trial was obtained against these rules, a person on our team reviews the match first. If we then decide to end the trial, we tell you why; you can respond and contest the decision (section 18), and you choose whether to start a paid plan. - If you start the paid plan early from inside the trial, the first charge is taken at that moment and the trial ends. ## 7. Price and payment - The plan costs €197 per month, unless a different price is shown to you before you order. All prices are final prices and include VAT. - Subscriptions are paid in advance for each monthly billing period and renew automatically for another month until you cancel. There is no minimum term beyond the period you have paid for. - Payments are processed by Stripe. By ordering, you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method at the start of each period. We never see or store your full card number. - Invoices are available in your account and are sent by email. - If a payment fails, we and Stripe may retry it for a short time and tell you by email. If it still fails, we may limit access until it is paid; your subscription ends if it remains unpaid after the retry period. - Chargebacks. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first; we will look into it quickly and refund any charge that was not due. If you reverse a payment that was due, we may suspend the account until the matter is settled. Your rights under the law and your card provider's rules are not affected. ## 8. Price changes We will not raise the price of your running subscription without your agreement. If we want to change it, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price would apply, explaining the change, and ask you to agree to it. If you agree, the new price applies from your next billing period after that date. If you don't agree, your price stays the same, but we may then end the subscription at the end of a billing period with at least 30 days' notice. If we lower the price, the lower price applies to you automatically. Discounts and offers we advertise for new customers don't change your existing price. ## 9. Right of withdrawal for consumers If you are a consumer, you have the following statutory right of withdrawal. Businesses don't have this right. ### Withdrawal information Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Enkova s. r. o., Lehotská 370/22, 972 71 Nováky, Slovak Republic, phone [removed], email support@arbvantage.net) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, or by using the online "Withdraw from contract" function in your account under Settings → Plan & billing and linked in the footer of our website. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these terms, but it is not obligatory. If you use the online function, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. If you requested to begin the performance of the service during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. What this means in practice. - The contract (including the free trial) is concluded when you place your order, so the 14-day withdrawal period runs alongside your 14-day trial. If you withdraw during the trial, you pay nothing. - The switch from the free trial to the paid plan on day 15 does not start a new withdrawal period, because we tell you the price and the automatic start of the paid plan clearly before you order (Court of Justice of the EU, case C-565/22). - If you subscribe without a trial, you ask us at checkout to start the service immediately. If you then withdraw within 14 days, we refund what you paid minus the proportionate amount for the days you already had access. - Withdrawing without logging in. Because a withdrawal ends your access at once and triggers a refund, a withdrawal sent through the online function without logging in must be confirmed through a link we email to the address on the account, so that nobody else can withdraw from your contract. Your withdrawal still counts from the moment we received it, so the deadline is met if you sent it in time. From that moment your subscription is also set to end at the end of the current billing period, so you won't be charged again. We never simply drop an unconfirmed withdrawal: we send you a reminder, and if it still isn't confirmed, a member of our team contacts you at the account address. If you are logged in when you use the online function, no extra confirmation is needed. ## 10. Cancelling your subscription - You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, using the "Cancel contracts here" button linked in the footer of our website and in Settings → Plan & billing, by email to support@arbvantage.net or by letter. You don't need to log in to use the cancellation button. - A cancellation sent through the button takes effect when we receive it. No further step is needed: your subscription then ends at the end of the billing period current at that moment, or at the end of the trial. Once you confirm it with the "Cancel now" button, we confirm it immediately on screen and by email, with the date your subscription ends. If it was sent without logging in, we also email the address on the account a "keep my subscription" link, in case someone else sent it. If you sent it yourself, you don't need to do anything. - After a cancellation, your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period, or at the end of the trial if you cancel during it. You keep access until then and won't be charged again. - Payments already made are not refunded for the rest of a period you cancelled in, except where these terms or the law say otherwise: in particular after a withdrawal (section 9), if we end the contract without you being at fault (section 18), or where you have statutory remedies because the service was not as agreed (section 16). - We don't offer a pause option. If you want a break, cancel and subscribe again later. You also have the right to terminate for good cause under the law that applies to you. ## 11. Affiliate programme You can refer customers as an affiliate. If friends or family want to use the service, they need their own subscription and their own bookmaker accounts; you can recommend it to them through the affiliate programme. The affiliate programme terms apply; they replace the earlier referral programme ("invite friends"). Discounts and free months granted before 20 October 2026 stay valid. ## 12. Acceptable use: personal use only Your subscription is for one person: you. The opportunities, odds, stakes and everything else the service shows are licensed to you for your own betting only. Sure bets and value bets only work while few people take them; every copy that leaves your account makes them disappear faster for everyone, which is why these rules are strict. You must not: - share your account: one person per account. Don't share your login, and don't let anyone else view or use the service through your account, including family, friends or colleagues; - resell, redistribute, publish or forward opportunities, odds, stakes or other data from the service to anyone else, in whole or in part, live or delayed, paid or free. This includes Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord groups and channels, tipster or "signal" services, social media, newsletters, websites, other apps, and screenshots or screen shares for others; - use the data to bet for other people, or to run or supply a tipping, betting or data service; - use other people's bookmaker accounts: use the service only with bookmaker accounts that are your own and in your own name. Never place bets through accounts that belong to someone else, including family members or friends, and don't let others bet through yours; - scrape, crawl or automate the dashboard or our interfaces, or use bots, scripts or browser extensions to extract data or to place bets based on it, unless we have agreed in writing; - reverse engineer, interfere with, overload or get around the security or access controls of the service, except where the law allows this and it cannot be excluded; - create accounts or trials with false, borrowed or disposable identities, or otherwise get around section 6; - use the service to commit fraud, launder money, bet on behalf of others for payment, or do anything else unlawful. How we detect misuse. To protect the service, we look at how accounts use it (for example which opportunities an account opens, how quickly and from how many devices) and we may add account-specific markers to the data we show you (for example in its presentation or rounding), which don't change the odds or the maths. If data that turns up elsewhere can be traced to your account, we may rely on that. These signals never lead to an automatic suspension: a person on our team reviews them before we act. Our privacy policy explains this. What happens if you break these rules. Sharing your account, or reselling, redistributing or publishing data from the service, is a serious breach. Once a person on our team has reviewed the evidence, we may suspend your access immediately and end the contract without notice (section 18). You don't get a refund for the current billing period in that case, apart from what the law requires. ## 13. No advice, no guarantee, your own risk - No advice. Everything in the service, including opportunities, odds, stakes, profit and expected-value figures, closing line value, estimates, guides and calculators, is general information produced by software. It is not financial, investment, betting, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation that you, personally, should place any bet. It doesn't take your circumstances into account. - No guarantee of profit. We do not promise or guarantee any profit, income or return, and we don't offer any profit guarantee. Example figures, calculators and estimates on our website are illustrations based on assumptions, not forecasts. - Your decision and your risk. You alone decide whether, where and how much to bet. You bet at your own risk, with money you can afford to lose. Sure bets can still lose money when odds change before every leg is placed, a stake is cut or a bet is voided; value bets and middles lose often by design. - Bookmakers act independently. Bookmakers can refuse or limit bets, change odds, void or resettle bets (for example under "palpable error" or "obvious error" rules), restrict or close accounts, and withhold or delay withdrawals under their own terms. We have no influence over this and are not responsible for it. - Data can be wrong or late. Odds come from third parties and change constantly. A price shown in the service may already have moved, may never have been available to you, or may be wrong. Always check the price, market and rules at the bookmaker before you bet. - Taxes. You are responsible for any tax due on your betting. Our risk and no-advice disclaimer explains these risks in more detail. If betting stops being under your control, please see our responsible gambling page. ## 14. Bookmakers, links and local law - You choose your bookmakers. The feed is built from the bookmakers you tell us you hold accounts with. Links to a bookmaker's website are a convenience so you can check a price; they are not an invitation or recommendation to open an account or to bet there. - Use only bookmakers that are licensed where you live. Not every bookmaker shown in the service holds a licence in your country. In Germany, only operators on the official whitelist of the Joint Gambling Authority of the German States (GGL) may offer sports betting; in Austria, rules depend on the federal state. It is your responsibility to check, and to bet only with operators you may lawfully use. Betting with unlicensed operators can be illegal for you and can mean you have no protection if they don't pay out. Where we have licensing data for your country, the service marks bookmakers that are not licensed there with a neutral flag so you can decide; a missing flag does not mean that a bookmaker is licensed. - Comply with bookmakers' terms. Many bookmakers restrict customers who use arbitrage or value betting. Whether you accept that risk is your choice; you remain responsible for complying with each bookmaker's terms, including rules on one account per person, bonuses and multiple accounts. - Comply with local law. You are responsible for making sure that using the service and betting is lawful where you are. ## 15. Availability, accuracy and changes to the service - We aim to keep the service available around the clock, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, problems with our providers or data sources, or events outside our control. We schedule planned maintenance at quiet times where we can. Current feed health is on our status page. - The service depends on odds feeds from third parties. Which bookmakers, sports and markets are covered, how often prices refresh and how many opportunities appear can change and depend on the market. We describe the current coverage on our website; we don't promise a particular number of opportunities or a particular margin. - We keep the service up to date and may change it, for example to add features, follow changes in data sources or the law, or improve security. If a change is more than minor and negatively affects your access or use, we will tell you in advance by email, and you may then end the contract free of charge within 30 days of the change or of being told about it, whichever is later, and get back the part of any prepaid fee for the period after it ends. ## 16. Your statutory rights as a consumer If you are a consumer, you have the statutory rights for digital services that the law of your country gives you, including the right to have the service brought into conformity with the contract and, where the law provides, to a price reduction or to end the contract. To claim them, please contact us at support@arbvantage.net. These terms don't limit those rights. The characteristics described in sections 2, 13 and 15 (for example that odds come from third parties and may be delayed) are part of what we agree the service is. ## 17. Liability We are liable without limitation for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, for fraud, under any guarantee we have expressly given, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited (for example under product liability law). For damage caused by slight (ordinary) negligence, we are only liable if we breach an obligation that is essential to the contract, that is, one that makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely. In that case our liability is limited to the damage that was typical and foreseeable when the contract was made. Otherwise we are not liable for slight negligence. For clarity: the service is information, and the decision to bet, and what bookmakers do, are not within our control. Losses from bets you place, missed winnings, voided, resettled or limited bets, and restricted or closed bookmaker accounts are the result of your own decisions and of third parties' actions, not damage caused by us, unless we are liable for them under the first paragraph above. If you use the service as a business, our total liability for slight negligence is also limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, except in the cases in the first paragraph. These limitations also apply to our employees, representatives and subcontractors. They don't change the burden of proof, and they don't affect your statutory rights for a service that is not as agreed (section 16). ## 18. Suspension and termination by us - We may suspend your access or end the contract for good cause, in particular if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms (for example by sharing your account, reselling data, opening several accounts or abusing a trial), don't pay, or use the service unlawfully. Unless that would be unreasonable for us (for example in the case of fraud or a security risk), we warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. - Sharing your account or reselling, redistributing or publishing data from the service (section 12) makes a warning unreasonable for us, because the damage is done the moment the data leaves your account. In that case, once a person on our team has reviewed the evidence, we may suspend your access immediately and end the contract without notice. - No automatic bans. Our fraud checks may flag accounts that look like a duplicate of an existing account or a repeated free trial. A flag on its own never leads to a suspension or a closed account: a person on our team reviews every match before we take any action. If we decide to act, we tell you the reason, and you can respond and contest the decision by emailing support@arbvantage.net; a person reviews your answer, and we tell you the outcome. These checks are based on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), not on your consent; our privacy policy explains how they work and how you can object. - We may also end the contract without a particular reason with at least 30 days' notice to the end of a billing period. - If we end the contract without you being at fault, or stop offering the service, we refund the part of any prepaid fee that covers the time after it ends. If we end it because of your serious breach, we keep the fee for the current period, but we deduct whatever we save as a result; our other rights under the law remain. - Sections 12, 13, 14, 17, 19 and 21 continue to apply after the contract ends, as far as their nature requires. ## 19. Intellectual property The service, including its software, design, text, calculations and compilations of data, is protected and belongs to us or our licensors. While your account or subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own betting decisions under these terms. No other rights are granted. Bets, notes and balances you enter remain yours; you can export your bets as a file at any time. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you. ## 20. Changes to these terms We may need to update these terms, for example when the law changes or we change the service. We will tell you about changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect, with the new text and an explanation. Changes that only benefit you, or that are needed to comply with the law and don't disadvantage you, take effect on the date we give. For any other change to a running contract we will ask you to agree; if you don't, the existing terms continue to apply, but we may end the contract in line with section 18 (30 days' notice to the end of a billing period). We will never treat your silence or continued use as agreement to a change that disadvantages you. ## 21. Applicable law, courts and complaints - These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually live (Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation). - If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings against us in the courts of the country where you live or in Slovakia, and we may only bring proceedings against you in the courts of the country where you live (Articles 17 and 18 of the Brussels Ia Regulation). For businesses, the courts of the Slovak Republic have exclusive jurisdiction. - Complaints. Please contact us first at support@arbvantage.net; we reply within 14 days and try to resolve every complaint within 30 days. - Out-of-court dispute resolution. If we reject your complaint or don't reply within 30 days, you, as a consumer, can apply for alternative dispute resolution to the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava, soi.sk) or to another competent body on the official list kept by the Slovak Ministry of Economy. For help with a cross-border complaint, you can also contact the European Consumer Centre in your country (europakonsument.at in Austria, evz.de in Germany, cec.consumo.gob.es in Spain). Consumers in Spain can also turn to their municipal consumer information office (OMIC) or the consumer authority of their autonomous community. The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025. ## 22. General - These terms are available in English, German, Spanish and Slovak. All language versions are binding; if they differ, the meaning more favourable to you as a consumer applies. - If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest remains valid, and the statutory rules apply in place of the invalid provision. - We may transfer the contract to a company that takes over the service, as long as your rights are not reduced; we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel if you don't agree. - Notices to you are sent to the email address on your account. Notices to us go to support@arbvantage.net or our postal address. ## 23. Model withdrawal form (Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
