Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and the company that operates ArbVantage. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use ArbVantage.

1. Who we are

ArbVantage (the "service"), available at arbvantage.net and dash.arbvantage.net, is operated by [COMPANY NAME], a company registered in [JURISDICTION] under company number [COMPANY NUMBER], with its registered address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us", "our").

2. What ArbVantage is

ArbVantage is an information service. We collect publicly available odds from bookmakers and betting exchanges, identify possible sure bets (arbitrage) and value bets, and show them to you with suggested stakes and tools to track your own bets.

We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange or gambling operator. We don't accept bets, hold your money, place bets on your behalf or have any relationship with your bookmaker accounts. Every bet you place is a contract between you and that bookmaker, on its terms.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any bookmaker named in the service. Bookmaker names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify where odds come from.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal gambling age where you live if that is higher.
• You are responsible for making sure that using the service, and betting itself, is legal where you are. Arbitrage and value betting are legal in most jurisdictions where online betting is legal, but laws differ and change. We don't give legal advice.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of every bookmaker you use. Many bookmakers restrict or close accounts they believe are used for arbitrage; that is between you and them.
• You must not use the service if you have self-excluded from gambling, or if you are prohibited from gambling by law or court order.

4. Your account

• One account per person. Accounts are personal. You may not create more than one account, or open an account for someone else.
• Give us accurate information, including a working email address you control, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away at support@arbvantage.net if you think someone else has accessed it.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

5. Free trial

New customers may be offered a free trial. The current trial length is shown on our pricing page and at checkout.

• One trial per person, household, device and payment method. If you, someone in your household, a device you use, or a payment method you use has already had a trial, you are not eligible for another.
• To enforce this, we use signals such as device and browser identifiers, IP address information, email address and a fingerprint of your payment card provided by our payment processor. Our privacy policy explains how.
• A payment card is required to start a trial. You won't be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription starts automatically and you will be charged the price shown at sign-up.
• During the trial, some opportunities may be limited (for example, sure bets above a certain margin or value bets above a certain edge may be hidden). The limits are described on our pricing page.
• If we reasonably believe a trial has been obtained in breach of these rules or otherwise abused, we may refuse it, revoke it, or end it immediately and start the paid subscription or close the account.

6. Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency shown at checkout. Prices include any VAT or sales tax we are required to charge, unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause or limit access until it succeeds.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you by email at least 14 days before a price change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or the end of your trial, if you cancel during it). You keep access until then and won't be charged again.

Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law requires otherwise.

Consumers in the EU and UK

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days without giving a reason. Because the service is supplied immediately, when you start your subscription you ask us to begin providing it straight away, during the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw within 14 days of your first paid charge, we will refund that charge minus an amount proportionate to the service you have already received, as the law allows. To withdraw, email support@arbvantage.net with a clear statement of your decision. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

8. Acceptable use

The service and its data are for your personal use. You must not:

• share your account or login with anyone else, or let others view or use the service through your account;
• copy, redistribute, publish, resell or sublicense opportunities, odds or other data from the service, including in tipster groups, chats, channels or other products;
• scrape, crawl or automate the dashboard or API, or use bots, scripts or browser extensions to extract data or place bets based on it, unless we have agreed in writing;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, overload or bypass the security or access controls of the service;
• create accounts or trials using false, borrowed or disposable identities, or otherwise try to get around the rules in section 5;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

9. No guarantees, no advice

We do not guarantee any profit. Odds change quickly and opportunities may disappear, be priced incorrectly, or be unavailable to you. Bookmakers may void bets, cancel them under palpable-error rules, limit your stakes or close your account. Value bets lose regularly by design; their edge only shows over many bets.

Information in the service, including stakes, profit figures and expected value, is provided for information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You decide whether to place any bet, and you are responsible for the result and for any tax due on your winnings.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, abused a trial, created multiple accounts, failed to pay, or used the service in a way that could harm us, other users or third parties. Where appropriate, we will tell you why.

If we close your account because you broke these terms, you are not entitled to a refund. If we stop offering the service altogether, we will give you reasonable notice and refund any prepaid amount for the period after it ends.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 8, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 15) continue to apply.

11. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, text, calculations and compilations of data, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own betting decisions while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.

If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

12. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that odds, opportunities or calculations will be accurate, complete or current. Odds come from third parties we don't control.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for any betting losses, lost winnings, voided or limited bets, closed bookmaker accounts, or decisions you make based on the service;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill;
• our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Changes to the service and these terms

We improve the service continuously and may add, change or remove features. We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. The courts of [JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first; most problems can be fixed quickly. You can also contact the consumer protection authority in the country where you live.
