Withdraw from contract here
As a consumer you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days of your order, without giving a reason. You don't need to log in. Your withdrawal is effective from the time we receive it. Because it ends access and triggers a refund, we email the account address first; if you didn't send it, use the link in that email within 7 days. Auf Deutsch

- What happens. Your contract ends immediately. During the free trial you pay nothing. If you already paid, we refund it within 14 days; if you asked for your paid plan to start immediately, we keep the proportionate amount for the days you had access.
- Confirmation. We email you straight away with the date and time we received your withdrawal. If you're not logged in, we email the account address a link to confirm it's you, because a withdrawal ends access at once and triggers refunds. Your withdrawal still counts from the time we received it. Until it's confirmed, your subscription is already set to end at the end of the current period, and an unconfirmed request is never simply dropped: we send a reminder, and then a person contacts you.
- Just want to stop? You can also cancel, which ends your subscription at the end of the current period. The full withdrawal information is in our terms, section 9.
We've received your request
We've received your withdrawal (reference , received on ). It is effective from that time, and your subscription won't be charged again. If you're not logged in, we've emailed the account address first; if you didn't send this, use the "Keep my subscription" link in that email within 7 days. If nobody stops it, we complete the withdrawal and refund you no later than 14 days after we received it.
