The short version. Share your link. For every customer who signs up through it, you earn 50% of every payment they make, net of VAT and refunds, for as long as they stay subscribed. A click counts for 30 days and the last click before sign-up wins; once a customer has signed up, the attribution is permanent. Each commission is held 30 days, then you can withdraw it to your bank account through Stripe, with no minimum. You are independent and responsible for your own taxes. Never promise profits, never target minors, always mark your posts as advertising, and don't spam, bid on our brand or refer yourself. These points don't replace the full terms below.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
The ArbVantage affiliate programme (the "programme") is run by Enkova s. r. o., Lehotská 370/22, 972 71 Nováky, Slovak Republic, IČO 57610657, DIČ 2122847859, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trenčín, section Sro, insert no. 57998/R ("we", "us"). Contact: support@arbvantage.net.
These terms govern your participation as an affiliate ("you"). Your use of ArbVantage itself stays governed by our terms of service. Where these terms say "customer", they mean a person who signs up for ArbVantage through your link.
2. Joining the programme
- Anyone with a verified ArbVantage account who is at least 18 years old can join, from the Affiliate page in the app. You don't need a paid subscription.
- You join by choosing your code and accepting these terms. The agreement starts when you click "Create my link". We may decline or close an application, for example where an account is linked to earlier abuse.
- You take part as an independent contractor. You are not our employee, agent or partner, you can't make promises or sign anything on our behalf, and you decide yourself how, when and where you promote us within these rules.
- One affiliate account per person or business.
3. Your link and your code
- You get a personal link (
arbvantage.net/?ref=YOURCODE, alsoarbvantage.net/r/YOURCODE) and a QR code. Codes are 6 to 12 letters or digits. Codes that use our brand (for example "ARBVANTAGE"), staff words (such as "ADMIN", "SUPPORT", "OFFICIAL") or that could mislead are not allowed. - You can change your code until it has its first click or sign-up. After that it stays, so links you've shared keep working.
- If you had an invite code from our earlier referral programme, it became your affiliate code. It keeps working, but you earn commission only once you accept these terms.
4. Which customers count for you (attribution)
We use these rules for every affiliate in the same way. They are designed to be predictable and fair to affiliates and customers alike.
- Click. When someone opens your link, we store a first-party cookie (
av_aff) on arbvantage.net for 30 days. It holds your code, a random click ID and the time of the click, and it is signed so it can't be changed. - Last click wins. If the same person later clicks another affiliate's link (or yours again), the newer click replaces the older one and the 30 days start again. Example: someone clicks affiliate A's link on Monday and affiliate B's link the next week, then signs up: the customer counts for B.
- Sign-up decides. The account is linked to the affiliate of the last valid click before the account was created. If the cookie isn't available (for example blocked cookies), a code in the sign-up link (
dash.arbvantage.net/signup?ref=CODE) counts as that click. - Permanent. Once an account is linked to you, that never changes: later clicks on other links, coupons or claims by other affiliates don't move a customer. A customer who signs up without a valid click in the previous 30 days doesn't count for anyone, and we don't assign customers manually afterwards, except to correct a technical error that we can verify in our own records.
- What doesn't count. Your own account or other accounts of yours; accounts that share a device, payment card, browser fingerprint or network (IP address) with your account; people returning with an email address of a deleted account; accounts that are suspended for abuse; and sign-ups after your affiliate account was suspended or closed. If an account turns out to share a device or payment card with yours at its first payment, it stops counting from then on. We record the reason for every rejected sign-up and tell you on request.
- Bots and previews. Clicks by search engines, link previews (for example messenger apps) and automated tools are not counted. Repeated clicks by the same visitor within 30 minutes count once.
- Our records decide. If two affiliates claim the same customer, our click and sign-up records decide, applying these rules. Tracking can fail for reasons outside our control (ad blockers, cleared cookies, private browsing); we don't owe commission for customers we couldn't attribute.
5. Commission
- You earn 50% of every payment a customer attributed to you makes for ArbVantage, for as long as the account keeps paying, including after a cancellation and a later re-subscription on the same account.
- The base is the amount actually paid, without VAT or other taxes, after discounts and credits, and less refunds and chargebacks. Example: a customer pays €197.00 with no VAT in it, so your commission is €98.50; if those €197.00 include 20% VAT (€164.17 net), your commission is €82.09.
- Free trials earn nothing: commission starts with the customer's first real payment. Each payment earns commission once.
- Commissions are calculated and paid in euro, rounded to the cent.
6. Holding period, refunds and chargebacks
- Each commission is pending for 30 days after the payment (customers may withdraw, get refunds or dispute a card payment), then it becomes available.
- If a payment is refunded in full or in part, or charged back, the commission on it is reversed in the same proportion. If the commission is still pending or available, it is reduced. If it was already paid out, the reversed amount is shown as a negative balance and is offset against your next commissions. If we win a chargeback dispute, the reversed amount is credited back.
- We don't ask you to pay back amounts reversed because of ordinary customer refunds; they are only offset. Commissions paid for activity that breaks these terms are different: see section 11.
7. Payouts
- We pay through Stripe Connect. To receive payouts you set up a Stripe Express account in the app. Stripe collects and checks your identity, bank account and tax details (KYC) under its own Connected Account Agreement, which applies between you and Stripe. We don't see your full bank details.
- You can withdraw your whole available balance at any time. There is no minimum amount; the balance just has to be above €0. We may limit withdrawals to a few per day.
- A withdrawal transfers the balance to your Stripe account; Stripe then pays it to your bank on your account's payout schedule, usually within a few business days. We pay Stripe's transfer and payout fees. Fees charged by your own bank, and currency conversion if your bank account isn't in euro, are yours.
- If Stripe can't verify you or can't pay you (for example because of sanctions or a country Stripe doesn't support), we keep your balance until payment becomes possible. Until payouts are available in your country or at all, commissions keep being recorded.
- For every payout we issue a statement (see section 8).
8. Taxes, VAT and statements
- You are responsible for declaring your commissions and for any income tax, social security contributions and trade registration that apply to you where you live.
- Commissions are shown and paid without VAT. If you are a VAT-registered business in another EU country, our service from you is taxed in Slovakia and we account for the VAT under the reverse-charge rule (Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC); add your VAT ID on the Affiliate page so it appears on your statements. If you are VAT-registered in Slovakia, contact us before your first payout.
- Self-billing. You agree that we issue a credit note (Gutschrift) for each payout in your name instead of you invoicing us. You can object at any time with effect for future payouts; you then send us your own invoice for each payout. The credit note shows the details you entered; keep them correct.
9. Marketing rules
You may promote ArbVantage anywhere that suits you, as long as you follow these rules and the law that applies to you and to the people you address. When in doubt, ask us first.
Honest claims
- Describe ArbVantage truthfully: software that finds price differences between bookmakers and works out stakes. Information, not advice.
- No earnings or profit promises: no "guaranteed profit", "risk-free", "sure money", "passive income", "quit your job", no income figures as headlines, and no testimonials with euro figures unless they are real, documented and typical.
- Never claim that ArbVantage raises the chances of winning at betting (this is prohibited per se in the EU, for example in Germany under no. 16 of the Annex to § 3(3) UWG and in Austria under no. 16 of the Annex to the UWG). Never present betting as a way out of debt or money problems.
- Don't promise discounts, bonuses or features that don't exist.
Audience
- Adults only. Don't address people under 18, and don't place content where most of the audience is under 18.
- Don't target people with gambling problems or who are self-excluded, and never use their vulnerability.
- Follow the rules on gambling and betting advertising where you live and in every country you target, including Germany's Interstate Treaty on Gambling (GlüStV, § 5) and the rules of the Austrian states. Don't mention or advertise bookmakers that aren't licensed in the country you address.
Transparency
- Mark your content as advertising clearly and at first glance, for example "Werbung" or "Anzeige" in German and "#ad" or "Advertising" in English, next to the link (for example § 5a(4) UWG, § 6 ECG and § 26 MedienG in Austria, and the platforms' own rules for paid partnerships).
- Don't pretend to be us, our support or an independent customer. No domain names, social media accounts or app names that contain "ArbVantage" or a confusingly similar name.
Prohibited methods
- No spam: no email, SMS, messenger or social media messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them, and no bulk posting in groups or comments.
- No cookie stuffing or forced clicks: no hidden frames, pop-unders, automatic redirects, browser extensions or adware that set our cookie without a real, intentional click.
- No brand bidding: don't bid on "ArbVantage", misspellings of it or combinations with it in search engine ads, and don't use our brand in ad text or display URLs.
- No fake reviews or ratings, no fake comparison results and no fake accounts.
- No self-referrals: don't sign yourself, your other accounts or your household up through your link.
- No incentivised sign-ups: don't pay, reward or share your commission with people for signing up (cashback, bonuses, giveaways tied to sign-ups), and don't list us on coupon or cashback sites.
- No content that is illegal, discriminatory, hateful, violent, sexual or otherwise harmful, and nothing that infringes other people's rights.
Our brand
You may use the name ArbVantage and the materials we provide to promote us under these terms, without changing them. All rights stay with us; this permission ends with the agreement.
10. Data protection
- You and we are each responsible for our own processing of personal data. We process your account and affiliate details (code, payout state, name, address and VAT ID for statements, payout records) to run the agreement and to meet our accounting and tax duties (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Stripe processes the identity and bank details it collects as its own controller.
- For attribution and fraud prevention we record each counted click with as little data as possible: the code, a random click ID, a salted hash of the IP address (never the address itself), a rough device type (mobile, tablet, desktop) and the landing page path. The
av_affcookie lasts 30 days and is deleted when the visitor signs up. - You only see aggregated data: clicks, sign-ups, paying customers, revenue and commissions, with customers shown as masked email addresses (for example "m•••@gmail.com"). Don't try to identify customers, and never contact them because of the programme.
- We keep payout and commission records for as long as accounting law requires (10 years in Slovakia). More in our privacy policy.
11. Withholding, reversal and suspension
- If you break these terms, we may, in proportion to the breach: withhold commissions connected with the breach; reverse them and ask you to repay commissions already paid out for that activity, or offset them against other commissions; suspend your affiliate account (new sign-ups don't count and withdrawals pause while it is suspended); or end the agreement (section 12).
- We tell you which rule we believe you broke and give you 14 days to respond, unless the breach is serious (for example fraud, cookie stuffing, spam or targeting minors) or the law requires us to act at once. Commissions that aren't connected with a breach stay yours.
- We may also hold a payout while we investigate concrete signs of fraud, for as long as the investigation reasonably takes, and tell you about it.
12. Term and ending the agreement
- The agreement runs for an indefinite period. You can end it at any time by email to support@arbvantage.net. We can end it with 30 days' notice by email, and immediately for good cause, in particular a serious or repeated breach of section 9.
- Commissions on payments made before the end date remain yours (unless connected with a breach) and become payable after their holding period. Payments made after the end date earn no commission.
- Deleting your ArbVantage account ends the agreement and stops your link from working. Withdraw your available balance first; if a balance is left, email us and we pay it once payout is possible.
13. Changes to these terms
- We may change these terms or the commission rate for the future, with at least 30 days' notice by email and in the app. Changes never affect commissions on payments made before they take effect.
- If you don't agree, you can end the agreement before the change takes effect. To keep withdrawing after a change, you accept the new version in the app.
- We may change them with shorter notice where the law or a court or authority requires it, or to close an abuse; we then tell you as soon as possible.
14. Liability
- We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, for fraud, for guarantees we have given and under product liability law.
- For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations (obligations that make the agreement possible and that you may rely on, such as paying commissions that are due), and only up to the damage typically foreseeable when the agreement was made. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.
- We are not responsible for attribution or tracking failures caused by things outside our control, such as blocked or deleted cookies, browsers, ad blockers or outages of third parties, or for Stripe's decisions about your Stripe account.
- You are responsible for your own marketing. If a third party or an authority makes a claim against us because of your breach of these terms or of the law, you indemnify us against it, including reasonable legal costs, unless you are not at fault.
15. Law, courts and general provisions
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you take part as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually live (Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation).
- For affiliates acting as businesses, the courts of the Slovak Republic have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the rules in our terms of service apply.
- If a provision is invalid, the rest stays valid. We may transfer the agreement to a company that takes over ArbVantage; we tell you in advance and you may end the agreement.
- These terms exist in English and German. Both versions say the same; if they differ, the version you accepted applies.
