- When it ends. By default at the next possible date: the end of your current billing period, or the end of your free trial. You keep access until then and aren't charged again.
- Confirmation. We email you straight away with the date and time we received your cancellation and the date it takes effect. If you're not logged in, the email also has a link to confirm it's you; your cancellation still counts from the time we received it.
- Within 14 days of your order? You can also withdraw from the contract instead, which ends it immediately.
