- What happens. Your contract ends immediately. During the free trial you pay nothing. If you already paid, we refund it within 14 days; if you asked for your paid plan to start immediately, we keep the proportionate amount for the days you had access.
- Confirmation. We email you straight away with the date and time we received your withdrawal. If you're not logged in, the email also has a link to confirm it's you; your withdrawal still counts from the time we received it.
- Just want to stop? You can also cancel, which ends your subscription at the end of the current period. The full withdrawal information is in our terms, section 9.
