Supervision and professional rules

- Data protection: Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, dataprotection.gov.sk.
- We are not a member of a professional chamber and are not subject to special professional rules. We are not a gambling operator and hold no gambling licence, because we don't offer, arrange or accept bets.
Media law disclosure (§ 25 MedienG)
- Media owner: Enkova s. r. o., Lehotská 370/22, 972 71 Nováky, Slovak Republic.
- Business purpose: development and operation of software and information services, in particular the ArbVantage service for analysing sports-betting odds.
- Shareholder: Eugene Chicevič, 100% (cash contribution of €5,000, paid in full). The managing director is the sole shareholder.
- Editorial line: information about the ArbVantage software, and educational content about odds, sure betting, value betting, bankroll management and responsible betting. Bookmakers have no influence on our content.
Consumer disputes
If you have a complaint, please email us first. Consumers can use alternative dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection (soi.sk) or another competent body listed by the Slovak Ministry of Economy; details are in section 21 of our terms of service. The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we don't link to it.
Single point of contact (Digital Services Act)
Our single point of contact for authorities, the European Commission and users under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) is support@arbvantage.net.
